Residential energy efficiency for Landsea International Block

Presents the design of building envelopes, indoor airconditioning systems and energy supply systems. Adopts ceiling panel radiation and displacement ventilation systems to meet the temperature and relative humidity requirements. Simulates the whole year hourly dynamic load in order to optimize the system design. Applies the heat pump with condensation heat recovery, for the domestic hot water supply with excess heat, and solves the heat imbalance between summer and winter.
